Positive: The house was immaculate with a huge corner couch in the lounge and plenty of comfortable beds in the 3 roomy bedrooms! The large open plan kitchen was modern (the wine cooler was a nice touch!). Two lovely large bathrooms, spacious and new, one with a walk-in shower. The house is located on a quiet road, surrounded by fields, so extremely peaceful. The hot tub could probably fit 8 so was plenty big enough for the 5 of us, with a large screen TV, which initially wasn't working but a quick text to the owner and he popped out the next day to sort it, and left us a box of chocolates for the inconvenience! Outdoor seating and a BBQ are perfect for any nice weather we're lucky enough to get! A short drive to a pub and a farm shop, and not too far to drive into Settle. Perfect spot to relax and unwind :)
Negative: The only negative would be the lack of a dishwasher! There is a washing machine in the kitchen but we thought a dishwasher would be a better substitute, and would certainly get more use!
Summary: Beautiful house in peaceful surroundings.

Negative: The hot tub did not heat up, it was at 32.5 degrees at 10pm, the host did mention some issue with this & it was out of his control & offered his apology but it did somewhat ruin our stay, it was meant to be the highlight especially as 10 of got together, for our friends wedding we were all looking forward to it ☹️ No board games. There was no kitchen towels provided & there was no tea or coffee in the jars or cupboards. There wasn’t enough towels for 10 of us. These are basic necessities & have been available at every property I’ve stayed, as a minimum.

Positive: Great location for 3yp challenge. Hot tub was perfect for recovery. Nice BBQ. Beds very comfortable.
Negative: One of the doors mechanisms in one of the rooms doesn't open from inside.

Positive: I loved the area and the decor, the hot tub was large
Negative: The hot tub was dirty and had a toe nail in:( I think it was over priced for what it was There was only 1 bench outside which seated 4 people but the house sleeps 10 so we should have had seats for 10
