Summary: We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday here. All the kids and adults had a lot of fun.The property manager is excellent in communication, very accommodating and considerate.The property is huge, so it can very comfortably accommodate a large group, we were 23 people overnight and close to 30 during the day time.The only problem here is one of the neighbors, who is very sensitive to noise, so we had to make sure we limit the noise after dark.We would easily stay again at this unit.

Summary: We had 20 people for a family reunion. This was pretty much the max for comfort in this property. It’s advertised as sleeps 28 but the beds in the basement are not really suitable. Feels as if you’re exiled! Surprisingly all the beds in the rest of the house are very comfortable, a first for one of these family weeks. There is more china, glassware and silverware than an army could use. Creates a problem on checkout trying to get everything back. The family room furniture is in need of replacement, most people used the dining chairs when we got together. Overall we had some quality family time but we will not come back to this property.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the upstairs dining table was big enough to accommodate our group of 16. There were plenty of amenities. The basement suite could be updated, the fridge was not operational. it would be nice for some kind of privacy for the BR and also the bathroom in the Lover's Point room
