Summary: The property is i need of a lot of upgrade, the door has a gap in the bottom , it is very hard to heat the room, the bathroom has broken towel racks, the shower need a lot of work . The whole room needs a lot of work. I will never go back there ever again. It is also very hard to park a truck or anything else. Sorry to have to tell you all of this but i am a very honest person.

Summary: Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.

Summary: Our stay at the Oceanside Studio was great!! It was clean upon arrival and check in was quick. It was all my partner and I needed to sleep, make breakfast and lunch, and walk to the beach. The ocean is literally right across the street which was so convenient because we didn’t have to pay for parking. The Hampton strip was an 8 minute car ride as well which isn’t bad. Overall great experience and definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Summary: GREAT location to the ocean, just cross the street. A very old motel, but clean. It fit my needs well.

Summary: This was my 1st solo trip anywhere, also 1st time to hampton beach. This place is conveniently right across road from beach. The owner tyler was amazing! Checked in daily if anything was needed. I felt very safe there being a single women. I will most definitely be making this place my yearly solo retreat.
