Summary: The villa itself was lovely and just as the pictures, lots of space indoor and outdoor and immaculately clean. Could be made so much better with little effort. The pool was unusable due to how cold it was with no heating option, this was not mentioned in the details. Also the floor of the pool was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. There were only 4 sun loungers with 5 of us staying which was a bit of a nuisance.We had hoped to bbq most meals, unfortunately the bbq is in such a state of disrepair it had no airflow and does not work. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but small things like only 2 wine glasses and not enough cutlery let it down.The villa would have really benefited from a welcome pack like most others provide. The villa is a little out which we knew and were happy with. What we hadn’t realised was that it is impossible to get a taxi from the villa (we did not manage once throughout our stay). There is a bus stop near buy but it took walking to the nearest petrol station to find this out. I did contact the host to ask if there were other taxi numbers as the one we had managed to obtain was always offline, the host I helpfully replied “sorry I do not work with any taxi companies”.The worst part of the stay was on our first night. I had booked for 3 but advised there may be 5 and the host advised that was no problem. When we arrived one of the bedrooms was locked. When someone came to unlock the room I then received a messa

Summary: The house is spacious and everything is of high quality in good condition. But hosts need to be more proactive. They made no contact to check on things. They need to think about providing a comprehensive info pack including appliance manuals, how to operate complex shower, emergency numbers for hospital, doctor, police, fire etc etc. Shower is a serious risk hazard because no shelf to hold shower gel and no grab handle despite glazed slippy door. WiFi is frustrating in all but one room, a WiFi extender badly needed. A January visit found evenings v cold but on contacting hosts we were told no heating is available. And the beach is not 150 metres away more like 1,150 metres.All in all the hosts need to take more responsibility and look at things from the guest's viewpoint.

Summary: Our stay in Lanzarote was excellent, the villa was wonderful the layout of the villa was good but way to big for my wife and myself, the weather at this time of year was great, restaurants and bars were a 30 min walk along the coast line. Will definitely book again

Summary: Very nice and clean, well kept and very tidy. Great little pool. Lovely little Budgies in an outside cage, were a beautiful addition which helped us to enjoy ourselves all the more! Delightful! They looked healthy and happy, well kept, and had plenty of food and water. A spacious garden, with nice fruit trees. One small issue, perhaps to include a password for the WiFi, as the only access is by QR code. I only had this on my phone, so couldn't use my tablet! Otherwise, a very pleasant stay in a beautiful Villa with a refreshing pool for a swim, whenever we wanted! Lastly, our hosts, Julia and Hijas, were very gracious in allowing us to stay a little bit later on our departure day, because we had an evening flight. Very grateful to them for everything. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa! It was only me and my partner so it was really spacious just for the two of us! The owners are very friendly and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The outside area is massive! Can get a little windy sometimes but that’s what you expect coming to Lanzarote, there are places in the garden that are completely blocked by the wind and places to enjoy the sun or shade! About a 5-10 min drive from the airport, it was like a home to us, excellent value for money and we can’t wait to return!

Summary: Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Various outdoors areas both in sun and shade. Lovely pool (not heated). Very well equipped with towels etc. Laundry facilities very good. Location is quiet but easily accessible to neighbouring Arrecife and Playa Honda, although a car is essential to go further afield. Any issues quickly responded to by owner. Also flexible on checkout time. Overall very happy with our stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this villa. Communication with the owners was easy. The villa is in a very quiet location, but handy for both Arrecife and Playa Honda (30 minutes walk to either). There is also a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with a circular service to Arrecife every 30 minutes. There are lots of great quality yet cheap restaurants and bars in each. 10 minutes drive from the airport, but you are not troubled by aircraft noise. The property is very spacious inside, very clean and lots of items provided. Outside is even bigger, there are lots of places to sit / lie to make sure you get the sun all day (or avoid it). The only negative point for us was that there is a (pretty much unmentioned) upstairs to the property with a very large sitting room and a solarium, leading onto a very large outdoor sun terrace. There was no furniture provided in all that space, which meant it was not really of any use to us. This could be a real selling point for the property is exploited fully.

Summary: Great property with a huge amount of space throughout and ideal for families. Had all the facilities needed for cooking and cleaning and loved the big outside space including the barbeque area and roof terrace. Pool was cold but I guess it was winter! We had some issues on arrival that were swiftly resolved and communication with owner throughout booking process was great. Villa is centrally situated only 10 minutes from airport off the LZ2 and within easy reach of all the key places in Lanzarote. This was our 4th visit to the island and our favourite property to stay at so far. Thank you.

Summary: We felt completely comfortable during our one week stay. The house is characterized by a very high quality equipment. We found it very clean and well maintained. Nothing is missing from kitchen ware and wi-fi, TV set with Netflix option. Plenty of space inside and outside to feel relax. We couldn't use the pool as the water was too cold. The location of the house is in a residential area, close to airport and highway enabling the reach of any part of the island. Highly recommended to hire a car as there is no shop around except the shop in the gas station nearby. Would recommend for stay to enjoy the beautiful island of Lanzarote.

Summary: The villa is well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a quiet area, which is good, but I would definitely recommend having a car, particularly for shopping. The villa has Netflix so no shortage of stuff to watch in the evening if you chose to stay in. The wi fi is fast and worked well throughout our stay. All communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Timely and helpful responses on every occasion. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and fully intend to return.
