The living room is comfortable with its couch and meridian, colored carpet, cable and smart TV. The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, French oven. There's also a work area with a desk.
★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom features a very nice king size bed, wooden floors with a carpet, night stands, a nice windows and a TV.
The 2nd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds (twin size), and 2 closets.
★Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet.
★Laundry:
The laundry room includes washer and dryer.
★Outdoor Space:
You can access the screened lanai from the kitchen, it offers a nice relaxing area with a coffee table and couch.
You will love the large backyard with its outdoor furniture and its private pool (not heated). perfect for a relaxing vacation! The outdoor shower will be perfect after a day at the pool.
There are 2 grills outside that you can use: 1 propane grill and charcoal grill

Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house. (do not park on the street).

Summary: Overall a great experience . The kids bedroom needs a little updating. The bunk bed was tiny so we had to go purchase an air mattress for my kids to sleep on . My youngest was 7 And the bottom bunk was way too small for her . The location was great . Close to all beaches And restaurants. The pool was great all though there was no outside lights in or around the pool that worked so night swimming was hard to do . Just a few updates to this house And it would be amazing !

Summary: Our family of 4 could not have been happier with the property. The check in process was extremely easy and the house was clean when we arrived. The exterior of the home is extremely well kept and the pool was very clean. Our boys of 4 and 12 enjoyed the pool the most on the property. The outdoor shower was very convenient to clean off after a dip in the pool or to change out of wet clothing before walking into the home. Location was fantastic. We were only 5 minutes from the village where we could catch the free trolly or if we wanted to drive to the beach, a quick bypass made that about a 5 minute drive as well. Amazing vacation. We will certainly consider re-visiting in the future.

Summary: Nice Florida home in very nice neighborhood. House had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the screened porch, back patio area and pool. The management was very nice to work with and gracious and accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the house!

Summary: We loved this home! The pool was great on the days we didn’t want to go to the beach. It was very private and quiet. The beach access closest to the home wasn’t really the beach we wanted to be at but the other two accesses were only a 7 minute drive away. The home was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Bring your bikes! It’s a perfect location to bike to siesta beach! Good fishing in the bay and great beaches very close aswell!

Summary: The communication and check in process was super easy. We enjoyed being close driving distance to the Siesta beach and village. The beach mentioned in the listing that is 5 min from the house is mostly private and we were asked to leave. The public section was tiny! There was also a sign to be cautious of the current. It was not a nice beach for lounging and we didn't feel it was safe for swimming. The property grounds were clean. We didn't use the pool because it was too cold. The house itself needs an update. Some of the sliding doors didn't slide, the bedrooms didn't have a dresser (just a tiny hanging organizer) so we kept everything in our suitcases. The furniture is very old, has visibles stains and lots of scratches. The house has an odd, old smell, so we opened the windows, but the windows were very dirty when we raised them. The rugs need a super good wash or to be changed. The paint on the bunk beds is peeling. The bathroom fixtures were old and sprayed all over the place. We recommend the owners adjust the temperature on the water heater for safety - it is scolding hot. The water heater capacity allowed only two people to shower before running out of warm water. The bathroom cabinet was super old, not clean, and had old toiletry bottles in it. We didn't feel comfortable cooking or hanging out at the house because the inside was dingy. We left early morning and came back in the evening only to sleep. The outside of the house is adorable, just like in photos.
