Live like a local in this lovely two-bedroom private pool home located in Clearwater and nearby our areas most beautiful beaches. Home is in a well maintained area with a short drive to local shops and stores. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home can sleep up to 5 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large screened in pool area with dining set, sun loungers, resort style sitting area, fire feature, ceiling fan and TV. Just beyond the screened in outdoor area is a nice grassy yard and a waterway that stems from Old Tampa Bay with a dock with Adirondack chairs to sit and take in the lovely Florida weather. Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are a short drive from this home. More to your Southwest is the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach- you can park at the public beach access at 25th Avenue across from Guppy's on the Beach. The access is a paid parking lot with showers and restrooms.

There is a master bedroom that has a king bed, large ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and TV along with a full bathroom. Outdoor Oasis: fully screened in area with heated pool, resort style sitting area, ceiling fan. TV, fire feature, dining table, sun loungers all overlooking the waterway with dock and Adirondack chairs, there's also a nice green space with grass between the screened in pool area and the seawall

Summary: We loved this house and the canal behind the house was amazing! The pool was clean and it is in a nice residential quiet neighborhood. Going to rent this place again!

Summary: We loved this house. It was just the right size for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). It was very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The neighborhood is very quiet. The full size (real) soaps at the sinks and shampoos/conditioners were a nice touch, along with the snacks. We had an issue getting in as the code we were given didn't work but that was fixed in short order. Maybe add a pizza cutter and a mat/rug as you come in from the (back) outside area but otherwise everything was great!

Summary: We stayed here for a week with another couple. The house was nice and was clean. I felt that the kitchen lacked some essentials compared to other places we have stayed. Also it would have been a bonus to us to have some beach equipment for beach days we purchased a cooler and left it in hope’s future guests would enjoy it. The outside lani and pool area could use some attention, the entire week we were there no one came to clean the pool. We had a problem with dead worms on the bottom. We tried to keep it clean ourselves. We did not let it detour our pool days by any means. We vacation in Florida every year and this location was great but we have had nicer places for less money.

Summary: Pool area was great, spent most of our time there. Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean. Kitchen could use a few more essentials but overall manageable. Check in with the keypad was confusion and lack of communication as far as the code to enter. Would recommend!

Summary: We love this property! When we got to Florida after a 20 Hour Drive we were exhausted. Getting to this location was like coming home. The kids jumped right in the swimming pool which was very clean and perfect temperature. It's also a salt water pool. There was snacks and candy on the counter for the kids in the house smelled wonderful the beds were comfortable And we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Summary: This was a lovely house with an amazing outdoor space that made it the best! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching manatee in the waterway. The pool was great, the house was clean, and it is a short drive to everything (restaurants, ballpark, beaches). Highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed the entire house. Originally our grandkids had planned to come with us, but school activities changed that. We however enjoyed the house, swimming pool, and local visits to the beach. The house was one of the cleanest that I have stayed in. Cute decorating and plenty of room in the house for the 2 of us. We visited Clearwater area and Honeymoon island and enjoyed the entire area. Weather was beautiful and warm. It would be perfect for a family.

Summary: This is a marvelous property with a great view of the creek behind the house, and the just-right-size pool w/ a pool person who comes 2x/wk to clean it. The public rooms are in the center of the house, w/ a bedroom on either side, which is nice for privacy. The owners have thoughtfully supplied all the things you need for a week+ stay, such as towels, laundry detergent, bathroom soap and body wash, plus a sweet welcome gift. There was a slight hitch w/ the key code upon our arrival, but it was easily and quickly solved by text communication by the management. Instagram and Grubhub can deliver to this location if you're not in the mood for grocery shopping or cooking. We made several visits to the sugar sand beach at Clearwater, took a boat tour from St Pete Pier, and saw the Salvador Dali museum and the Arts and Crafts Movement Museum, both world-class sites not to be missed. We enjoyed the hospitality of this property very much.
