Summary: Felt very safe and secluded in the woods behind the main house. Instructions for everything on the property were clear and the cabin was cozy. Only two very minor inconveniences that we saw: 1. The lock for the main door seemed pretty flimsy, but we were never worried about security. 2. The shower ran out of hot water within a few minutes. Very small details that didn’t really impact our vacation as a whole!

Summary: The cottage was beautifully built and full of glass windows to see the outside full of trees and garden and serene surroundings. The hosts were some of the best I’ve ever met. They were kind and communicative and allowed us to extend a night when the railroad strike prevented us from departing. The whole feel of this property is peaceful, loved and well maintained. We were close enough the the city that we could take scooters and bikes down a gorgeous path to the architecture sculpture park, the bay, and the piers near downtown. I encourage anyone who wants a relaxing and supportive night in the tranquil hills of Seattle to stay in this lovely cottage.
