Recently remodeled cabin on the New River within the New River Gorge National Park.
3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Cabin located Within the New River Gorge National Park on the New River. Private Location with Private River Access Ramp. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full size bathroom. The guest bathroom is full size also. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. For additional sleeping we have a full size futon and a queen size sleeper sofa. We also have keyless entry. Large outdoor firepit. Garage with covered parking.

Summary: This is a great place to stay, the owner was great to work with. It has plenty of space to spread out. Don’t leave any food on the counters or you’ll have ants in it the next morning. It’s about a 30 min drive to the rafting places but over all it was a great place to stay.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the cabin and had a very nice time. The cabin has a ton of space and would be great for large groups/families. I was very impressed with how clean the cabin was. We were easily able to do the New River hiking trails and see Fayetteville WV. I would also recommend doing the lower Gorge rafting trip and tree canopy zip lines.

Summary: This rustic-style cabin had everything we needed for a brief family vacation. We took advantage of closeness to the New River Gorge visitors center and the Beckley exhibition mine. The real highlight for our family was just around the corner at the Glade Creek hiking trail complete with waterfalls and swimming holes. The highlights at the cabin were the patio with fire pit and grill, darts, corn hole, and interesting books about local history. All the appliances were easy to run, and the kitchen was stocked with enough to prepare and serve meals for six people. Our family had a memorable, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Summary: Communication with the owner was good. He was responsive in a timely fashion. The house was easy to find. It was VERY clean! All of the bedding had been freshly laundered. Even the top blanket, which most places do not do. In earlier reviews complained about the towels. There were brand new fluffy towels and plenty of them for our family of 9. Very nice river frontage for fishing, putting in a kayak. WiFi I couldn’t get connected to but I do have an old phone. I didn’t want to be connected anyway so that didn’t bother me. We had a great time ! We will definitely rent this place again !

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location very much. It was well maintained, clean, modern appliances, fresh towels, and a great fire pit with river front view. The location wasn’t too far from the tourist attractions and restaurants. The owner was amazing! He text several times to update us and to make sure we were pleased with our accommodations. I would highly recommend booking here!
