Welcome to our home!
Our home is located in a built up residential area and is in a great location to get a feel for Cardiff life and explore the rest of Wales.
We're on a direct bus route to the City Centre (20-30 mins) and you can also get to a smaller area for parks, shops and eating places on the same bus (10 mins).
Nadine & Martyn are really into gardening, eating out and enjoying the local countryside by walking our dog Tilly. We enjoy meeting people from different cultures and look forward to hosting you.
As our guest we want you to feel that you are 'home away from home' during your stay wih us. We're on hand to get you settled in and recommend things to see and do and otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay and explore Cardiff.
Our house has 4 bedrooms and a front & back garden that our guests can use. We rent out 2 single bedrooms.
WIFI is available & we provide tea & coffee facilities in each room. Each bedroom has a hairdryer and ironing facilities are available for you to use if you wish. Towels, basic toiletries are provided and bedding is laundered weekly. The house is also professionally cleaned once a week. We have an annual gas safety certificate.
All bedrooms are on the first floor as well as the main shared bathroom.There is a separate WC and wash basin on the ground floor. Our dog is a house dog who keeps to herself but does not go into the guest bedrooms at any time.
The property is conveniently located for access to the city centre, universities, college and the university hospital. The A48 and M4 are in very easy reach and the property has a good bus service with a bus stop just a 1 minute walk away.
We're on a direct bus route to the city centre (20-30 minutes away) and close to the M4 motorway (10 minutes away). Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena and the Principality Stadium are on a direct bus route to the City Centre and an all day bus ticket costs around £4.50.
We respectfully request no smoking inside the house. No shoes worn inside the house either. You aren't able to bring guests home and we'd ask you to observe 'quiet time' from 10.00pm.
Check in from 4.00pm and check out by 10.00am on departure day.
We require a 25% booking deposit from guests and cash or instant bank transfer for the remainder of the room balance on arrival day.
The room looks onto the garden at the back of the house. Tea & coffe facilities are in the room.A hairdryer is also in the room.
