Summary: We stayed here for two months from May to July while our house was being renovated. Overall, the house met our needs for the stay we booked. But we did run into some issues. The owner was responsive when booking and provided us with a negotiated rate. While the owner has made some cosmetic updates to the house, the negotiated monthly rate to value ratio was a bit off which is why I ranked that area low. The house could’ve done with a better cleaning prior to check in. The bathrooms had to be completely re-cleaned. We were able to bring in our desks so we could work from home. But we also had to bring in other furniture pieces to supplement things that were missing from the rooms, namely dressers for clothing storage. We had some trouble with pest control and landscaping. Items that we had issues with were discussed and addressed quickly as much as they could be. Some other feedback would be that the owner should look into updated appliances and AC, clothing dressers or storage options, and a King bed in the primary bedroom. Also, we were only provided with keys to the house, but no garage door opener. That was cumbersome. The owner did allow us to push out our check out time until later in the day and that was greatly appreciated.

Summary: This house is in a great location. Queen Creek has everything to offer for shopping and dining. Close to hiking trails. Close to the 202 loop. The host Rabii was quick to answer questions. He was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. We stayed for 2.5 months and were very comfortable.
