Summary: We couldn't fault the villa at all, although we did have a day when the WiFi wasn't working. What we was not expecting was that when you originally book there is no details of being charged extra for electricity, this should be visible along side the housekeeping charges as you find on other sites. You are only made aware of these charges in the terms and conditions after you have booked. Also we left for an early flight and was charged extra for the housekeeper to collect the keys . He was only next door and we could have dropped them round before we left, another unexpected charge of 30 euros.

Summary: We stayed in the house for one week with 8 young adults. Every room is air conditioned and clean. You can use everything, like the Thermomix or the wine cooler. Most beautiful is the big terrace with a stunning view and a big pool. The city of Moraira is average to other tourist towns. It takes about 30 minutes to walk down to the beach. All in all it's very recommendable and we're definately planning our next trip to Moraira.

Summary: What a beautiful villa!! Located in a peaceful location with stunning vistas it’s the perfect place to relax and explore the surrounding area. The house was presented to us by the owners property manager in immaculate condition and he couldn’t be any more helpful We wouldn’t hesitate to re book this villa (already have) and would like to thank Guy (the owner) for giving us the opportunity to enjoy his home away from home!!

Summary: We had a week here in early June for half term - two adults and two children aged under 6. We absolutely loved it. The villa itself is lovely, especially the outside dining, swimming pool and terrace area with plenty of space to relax, play with the kids and enjoy the views. Little touches like the Sonos sound system connected to the outside meant you could float around in the pool and listen to tunes at the same time! Great! In terms of location the villa is ideally placed - just a five minute drive in to Moraira town or to beach. The beach is beautiful by the way, clean and well maintained with rock pools for the kids to enjoy. Moraira itself has a slightly upmarket feel about it without being remotely pretentious. Would definitely return.

Summary: we had a fantastic stay at this villa - really could not fault it. Great pool, fabulous views and barbeque area, and well stocked cupboards for cooking.

Summary: This is a fantastic villa with lovely views. It had everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was fabulous - we didn't need to heat it but it was good to know the option was there! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This villa has the most amazing view. A lovely heated pool and a covered eating area for the warm dates or the cold evenings. Indoor the villa has everything you need. All the electric supplies you can think of is available in this villa. A lovely villa that I will definitely recommend for others.

Summary: We where 4 couples stying in the house for 14 days. We had a lovely time in this beautyful house. The pool is very good and the air conditioning in the house is first class. I can recomend this house very higly to anyone coming to Moraira.
