Summary: This place was absolutely perfect for my family and I. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed a relaxing day on the ranch petting animals and exploring a creek. It was close enough to lots of tourist attractions to add a lot of adventure to our trip as well. The owners were super accomodating, quick to respond, and answered all of our silly tourist questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely. If you are able to book this place...i would highly recommend it. You will not regret it. All 6 of us loved it and would love to go back!

Summary: Enjoyed the horses and hay fields. Even staying out at a ranch the WIFI and TV could not have been better. Less than twenty minute drive from grocery stores. A little over a thirty minute drive to Grand Mesa with hundreds of lakes for fishing. Staying in a Bunkroom is a very special experience!

Summary: Barb and David Are the absolute best. You couldnt ask for better people. So helpful in so many ways. The place is always clean, Well stocked and very peaceful. We feel like we are home away from home.

Summary: We stayed at Dave and Barb's bunk room for a perfect weekend. They have thought of every detail to make things comfortable and easy. Loved the large entryway mudroom, as we did have some rain and it made it easy to keep the bunk room clean. The property is gorgeous and the check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. Already looking forward to the next stay! Thank you!

Summary: The owners are hard working wonderful people, took care of our needs. Our cabins were clean, cute and stocked with essential for our needs. We wanted quite and it was. We enjoyed our early morning coffee out doors ( that’s my thing). I enjoying having a place to cook breakfast, and cook out in the evening! Good communication with the owners!
