The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants.
The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running.

Guest can use the deck and patio furniture to relax outside. They can also use the grill. The main house is also an Airbnb.

You can come and go as you please you have your own entrance. Located at the front door is a push button key pad.
To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and then put your code in. Please let the lock open all the way before

Summary: We were visiting with family in the same neighborhood, so this location was perfect for my wife and I to land at night. Was as advertised, great communication with Mike, very clean, and the A/C worked great! (The outside temperature was in the upper 90’s while we were there). Highly recommend this host!

Summary: This was just what we needed for a three night graduation weekend stay. A few minutes from downtown Davidson but out of the fray. We didn't cook there but the cookware, knives etc ciuld use some work. Wonderful stay. Thanks
