Woodbury is a unique botanical park-like property that has 18 expansive gardens that reflect the horticultural skills and talents of the on-site property owners. The home was designed by the late artist/architect as a mother/daughter's family home.
The private 1400 square foot guest suite is on a manicured, serene estate on Buckingham Mountain in beautiful Bucks County, PA. Located 10 minutes from New Hope, 5 minutes from Peddler's Village, 40 miles from Philadelphia and 80 miles from NYC.
Charming, upscale suite furnished with American antiques and appointments reflecting the deep history of Bucks County. The picturesque front covered porch leads to your separate entrance. The sophisticated living room decor includes 18th century wing chairs and furnishings, a built in brick fireplace surrounded by custom built in storage and bookcases, and a bay window.
A well equipped kitchen with a generous pantry and laundry facility is next to the dining room with French doors that lead out to your private covered screened porch, furnished with cozy wicker furniture for relaxing and dining. Hydrangeas surround the deck creating a private outdoor room.
The charming master bedroom is complete with an historic styled fireplace, 2 double closets, sitting area and queen canopied bed. French doors open for viewing the side gardens full of hostas and hydrangeas as well overlooking the expansive fenced-in kitchen garden.
The spacious updated bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and a linen closet full of sheets and towels. The bathroom is accessible from the hall and master bedroom.
Upstairs is a large 12' x 25' bedroom with twin beds, dresser, sink, closet and sitting area for extra guests.
Guests staying more than 3 weeks are required to pay $125 for cleaning every two weeks and then an end of stay cleaning for $125. Cleaning includes bed linen change.
There is a medium size car garage available at a daily rate of $7.50 as an extra fee.

Summary: Robin is the most gracious and wonderful host! The property is beautiful . The accommodations are warm, cozy, clean and so comfortable. It is decorated beautifully . You feel like you are staying with family! The attention to detail is what makes this a rare find. The added touches wine , cheese & crackers , milk & OJ and a quiche all waiting for us upon arrival.The cozy wood fireplace just makes your stay complete. The location is perfect for exploring Peddlers Village and beautiful Bucks county. Can't wait to return!

Summary: This place exceeded our expectations for comfort, beauty, and quality of life style. You are in the heart of Bucks county Pa where the scenery is classical and the amenities are first (really first) class. Our host had even provided some welcome snacks and yes the bouquet of roses were real!!

Summary: This apartment, although attached to the main house, felt completely private and quiet, with its own entrance. The furnishings and ambience were very comfortable and took me back to another time when life was taken slower and every moment appreciated. I enjoyed getting to know Robin, my hostess, and there was no amenity that she hadn’t thought to have on hand for her guests. I would love to return sometime soon and see the seasonal plants and bushes in the beautiful gardens

Summary: Perfection. That's the only word I can use. The perfect location, the perfect property, and the perfect host. Perfect for visiting New Hope and Peddler's Village, but also perfect for putting on pjs and watching tv.

Summary: My husband and 2 young children had the pleasure of staying at Robin’s property over the Thanksgiving holiday. Wow- what a treasure! We had such a relaxing time in her guest home and were in awe at how beautiful it was both inside and out. The house had an elegant, private and cozy atmosphere, was stocked with every amenity, was very quiet and tediously clean. We particularly appreciated Robin’s attentiveness and care for our comfort. She checked in with us prior to our stay about any special needs (from groceries to a fire in the fireplace). Her warmth and kindness made my husband, children and I feel right at home. Thank you for a lovely time- we hope to return soon!
