One bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, 10 foot ceilings, private entrance, sunroom, living room, small kitchen, large bathroom, walk-in closet and very small capacity stackable washer/ dryer. Sunroom overlooks front garden with downtown skyline views. Kitchen is open to living room which has french doors to sunroom. Bedroom is large with queen size bed and laundry in walk-in-closet. There is gated parking available and plenty of street parking. This apartment is on the first floor of a 100 year old house in the most diverse neighborhood in Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward. Some people may be intimidated by the diversity of the neighborhood so don’t bother if you don’t like people that may different from you.
There's plenty of free street parking if you park 20 ft from crosswalks and 15 ft from fire hydrants. We have one spot available in our gated driveway behind the house that there is a remote on the coffee table.
If you park in the rear, please park to the right of the red french doors in front of orange curb.

Summary: Easy walking distance to lots of fun eating spots and the John Lewis Trail. Highlight for us was the Carter Center.

Summary: I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!

Summary: Hosts were very friendly and accommodating-they even helped us carry in our luggage! Beautiful old home with high ceilings and wooden floors. Quiet neighborhood with private parking, and close to everything that we wanted to see and do! Will definitely recommend!!

Summary: My husband & I had a kid free night out and this place did not disappoint!! The owners were incredible, the bed, pillows & sheets were soooooo comfortable! Although we didn't cook they had everything one would have needed. Thank you guys for the hospitality!!!

Summary: This home was way more than what I expected! As a female on her first solo trip it was the perfect home away from home. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If I’m ever in Atlanta again this place will be on the top of my list
