Our home is a renovated Lancaster County Farm House. The guest suite is a totally new part of the house, while the bathroom has original beams and a stone wall.
You will have your own private entrance and the space is completely yours. It enters in the kitchenette area, with the bathroom to the left. The bedroom is straight ahead and features an easy to use gas fireplace. The room has two reclining chairs and has beautiful natural light. The patio area overlooks our yard and the valley beyond. The view is my favorite part of our property!
The fire pit is a great place to watch the sunset and is available for you to use. There are matches and newspaper in the foyer.
I (Trish) also run a small flower farm and florist business called Flourish Flowers. You can check our website: flourish.flowers to sign up for a floral class or event while you are here. You can also make a floral arrangement to take home (for an additional fee). Info will be in the foyer!
You may hear occasional footsteps or family life on the floor above. Our aging Golden Retriever, Muffin may also be meandering around the property. She loves any attention you give her!
We love hosting guests from all over and we hope you can stay with us as well!

Summary: Even though it was a very short stay, the place was amazing. The little kitchen set up was perfect for our small amount of food. The bed was HEAVEN and the seating area in the room was so comfortable. It would be a great place to stay longer to disconnect from the world for a short time.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay, the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. So cool that it was on a flower farm, and very close to lots of fun stuff to do, like Shady Maple, Twin Valley coffee, greenhouses, and close to Springside Barn where we attended a wedding. One thing i didnt expect is it is very close to a busy road, and you can hear the traffic from your room, but it wasnt too bad, we slept great! Enjoyed reading on the back patio in the morning. Thanks Trish, we would stay again!

Summary: This is a true hidden gem. What a wonderful stay we had while attending the American Muscle car show. The place was clean, quiet and very relaxing, just what we needed for a nice weekend getaway. The owner was awesome and everything went as planned.

Summary: The beauty of the area and the peacefulness of the property will unclutter your mind. I loved everything about the accommodation; perfect for one and I can see it being cozy/romantic for a couple. Surronded by the influence of the Amish gentleness and their devotion to whatever they put their hands too, there is much to see and do nearby. I hiked Welsh Mountain as well. It is easy to call this place serenity of heart, mind, soul and body. Trish, the host was readily available and her friendliness welcoming. Her flowers are equally beautiful.
