A modern children's playground is situated an easy flat 3-4 minute walk from the Villa. A spacious reserve big enough to kick/hit a ball with the family is less than 1 minute walk away.

Ideally situated, Aqua Villa is 150 m from the world renowned '4 Mile Beach'. The Marina, and lively Macrossan St with its restaurants, shops, and bars, is less than 5 minutes drive or 5-10mins via shuttle bus which stops an easy 250m from the property and runs every 20mins in the peak season.
Alternatively, relax and enjoy a 35 minute stroll along the coconut tree lined beach into the heart of Port Douglas where you have the choice of over 50 restaurants and cafes. Experience the culinary pleasures of Port's famous chefs. There is also an excellent restaurant, fish and chip shop and Bottle shop within a 5 minute walk . The Villa is situated between the two golf courses in Port Douglas. Both are only 3-5 minutes drive by car
For those that have a car, there is a lock-up garage.
Aqua Villa was thoughtfully designed to allow you to enjoy spacious outdoor/ indoor living. Immerse yourself in tropics and enjoy the open plan indoor living with multi-fold doors that open from the living area into a private covered outdoor dining courtyard. Sit back, relax and enjoy a courtyard outdoor BBQ dining experience, surrounded by a tropical garden and over looking the sun soaked plunge pool. The Villa gives you visual access of the sparkling plunge pool from both bedrooms as well as the kitchen and lounge.
The Villa features two spacious master bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The 'King Room' is located within the Villa and has a king size bed with your own stunning bathroom. The 'Pavilion Room' is located separately to the Villa, adjacent to the courtyard, giving you the ultimate in privacy. The Pavilion Room has a queen size bed with ensuite and is surrounded by shutters providing you with a beautiful outlook onto the garden and pool. The third bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite and is configured with two single beds.
The Gourmet Kitchen provides you with the ultimate cooking requirements. European stainless steel appliances, crockery, glassware, platters and those little extras such as a Coffee Machine is also included
At Aqua Villa, all indoor areas are screened, have fans and air-conditioning. A beautiful outdoor undercover area with dining and BBQ overlooks the pool. Surrounding tropical gardens offer the utmost tranquility and privacy for our guests. Beds are freshly made for your arrival with towels. Eco friendly soap. as well as dishwashing tablets and laundry liquid are also provided, as is tea and coffee. There are also beach/pool towels.

Summary: Very quiet, clean and well maintained.....the kitchen is very well appointed with plastic for poolside and BBQs. The bedrooms are spacious and have adequate wardrobe space and the bathrooms clean and large. The villa was very well received by the young adult of the family!

Summary: We stayed at Aqua Villa for 9 relaxing nights for our elopement! The location of the property was fantastic in a tranquil residential setting within walking distance to 4 mile beach and coffee shops. We had a hire car & also used a shuttle bus that dropped us off at the front door. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The pool was heated and bbq and outdoor area was relaxing and serene. Communication with Greg was always immediate and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at Aqua Villa either as a couple or a family. (We will hopefully be staying there again on our next holiday to FNQ)

Summary: House layout, beautiful garden and heated pool made for a very relaxed 47day stay. Foxtel and streaming for evening entertainment. Kitchen and large bbq were great for entertaining by the pool. Quiet location, 5 minute stroll to 4 mile beach for daily exercise. Choice of good eateries near by.

Summary: We had a wonderful almost 2 week stay at Aqua Villa with our 2 year old and 5 month old. The home is beautiful and extremely well set up for a family! The home is open concept with 2 good sized bedrooms close to each other and then a separate guest bedroom located separately (which we didn’t make use of but would be amazing for having additional people stay!) the outdoor area is very spacious and the pool is a great addition and a fun spot for the little ones to romp around in! Everything is also very safe for little ones with the pool gated off. Great location walkable to the playground and beach and very quick drive to the Main Street. Greg was very accommodating with any requests we had and always responded quickly. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly reccomend!

Summary: “Aqua Villa” was very clean and well presented it had everything you needed , nothing had been overlooked . We stayed 12 nights and it was perfect for us as a couple but could suit a family as well . It was in a lovely position and had a lovely patio area and heated pool plus the beach was a really short walk away . Port Douglas centre was a short drive away plus close by there were shops, cafe and restaurant. Would highly recommended.

Summary: This was the second time we have stayed at Aqua Villa. We just love it here as it is perfect for our family configuration (4 adults). We love the open plan living, the lovely warm pool and the indoor/outdoor living. It has a well equipped kitchen (lots of fresh fruit smoothies) and we used the barbecue a lot. Greg is a fabulous host and makes the check in/out seamless. He even checks in to see if you need anything and all is going well. We will definitely be back.
