Positive: Other than a small hiccup on arrival when the manager was unaware of our expected arrival causing about 30 minutes of confusion/uncertainty we had a very good stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I will second other reviews that the kitchen is not well stocked (we didn’t cook or eat there) and it does not have a large family room or dining area for those looking for that. It worked well for us as we were close to our friends who we were visiting. It’s about a 30 minutes walk to Mainz central but just a few minutes from the river and a few minutes from Volkspark. Overall we were perfectly happy with our stay.
