Summary: Staying at Papa Joe’s house was just perfect. It is the place to be with your family. House is small but cute and cosy. Very accessible and walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. House was perfectly clean when we checked in. We used the barbecue area which was awesome. We will surely book again on our next trip to Samos.

Summary: Communication was great. All rooms have 2 twins (that can be pushed together). Easy walk to beach and restaurants and grocery. Really quiet neighbors and lovely outdoor space with large table. Appreciate the adaptors, hair dryer and iron! Two bathrooms is also very nice for a bigger family. Parking is easy (nearby). Things to note: Bring your own beach towels. Living room space is quite small (table has 2 chairs). Not much space for suitcases if all rooms are being used but there are quite large armoires. Beds are very hard- Americans: beds are more like a box spring than a mattress. (Very common in Europe - but a surprise jf you’re unfamiliar).

Summary: A lovely little place to stay and close to the beach and shops, restaurants. Nice and quiet although due to it's position in the little village streets was a bit hot, temps were over 30 when we arrived. Lots of breeze on the beach though. This is more like a home than an apartment with lots of equipment laid on, you don't need anything and Mariana, the housekeeper is very friendly and helpful. Beds a bit hard though but that's Greece! Would defo go back.

Summary: We ( 4 audits and a baby)stayed in Matt's house for two nights (wish we would stay longer). It is a wonderful Greek house with a soul located close to the beach and old town. Will definitely try to book it again when we return to Samos.

Summary: The villa was everything we had expected and made travelling with two toddlers that bit easier. Would highly recommend staying here and really wish we could go back tomorrow! You are spoilt for choice with restaurants within minutes away from the villa and loved discovering the completely different vibe the harbour had. The owner is excellent at making sure you have all the information you need before you go and the housekeeper Marina is lovely.
