Summary: The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao was there with the keys and to show us the property; check out was equally as efficient. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Ken & Fiona have been very responsive too as we had a couple of queries before arrival. A very relaxing and enjoyable week - thank you!

Summary: First trip abroad after the global pandemic and Isla Cristina and surrounding areas including Portugal did not disappoint. Villa Rosa Blanca is a super, spacious villa in a beautiful rural location yet only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Fantastic facilities: pool, hot tub, games room, BBQ, large table for entertaining and quiet spaces for shade and relaxation. Wonderful views and sense of privacy as not overlooked. Hosts could not have been more hospitable. Joao - on the ground - very helpful too. Thank you Ken & Fiona.

Summary: The photos don't do this property justice - its amazing! Lots of space, so quiet on its own hilltop overlooking fields of citrus fruits! Communication with both the owners and Joao from the property management was excellent. Kids loved the huge pool and the games room in the garage area. Centrally located for trips to Isla Cristina, Ayamonte, Lepe and La Antilla where you'll find some really nice traditional Andalucian restaurants. If you prefer your holidays to be as far away as possible from the lager louts on-tour, then this property and location are for you. Its also only 10 mins from the border with Portugal, so a short 40mins car journey to the shopping districts and water parks of The Algarve. A special mention for Joao from the property management company who was so helpful and always at the end of the phone (even at 11.30pm at night!!) to sort out any minor issues we had. The first, but definitely not the last time, we will stay in this beautiful villa in a relaxing part of Spain

Summary: Lovely property great place to chill.we couldn’t get any uk channels although it was on the listing and we did have to buy batteries for the remote and air conditioning controls.Had to scrub the barbecue as it was quite mouldy might be an idea to get the cleaning company to do this, definitely need a car but was walkable to the village which was lovely and there are a couple of well stocked supermarkets.The management company we’re very helpful with directions and gave us lots of advice via a WhatsApp group and any problems were very quickly resolved. Would definitely go back and it is a great base to see both Spain and Portugal

Summary: We had a great time at this lovely villa. As others have said, its beautiful, well equipped, fab location, very quiet. It has a fantastic pool and hot tub & the kids loved the garage/games are. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you for sharing you lovely home.

Summary: Arrived at the villa and met Xavi who welcomed us and gave us information on places to go and to eat.The villa has everything you need to make a wonderful stay.Plenty of towels,comfortable beds.Great pool(bit cold),lovely hot tub,perfect in the evening with a glass of Vino.The Villa is in a very quiet area,perfect for just chilling,a drive out to restaurants is needed as they are not close to villa.We had an amazing fun time and the pool table,tennis table and darts are a bonus.Would highly recommend the villa,spacious and very clean.Great communication with Fiona and Ken the owners and Xavi was always on hand by phone if needed.

Summary: Stayed here in August as a family of 6. We loved the fact that this villa was off the beaten track. Very tranquil. Lovely beaches, plenty of supermarkets all nearby and not a traditional touristy place (which we preferred). Portugal only 10 minutes away. Loved cycling, running, walking to the local village first thing in the morning for a coffee and fresh bread. The villa was perfect. Very clean, spacious and the owners have thought about everything in this villa, and we really could not fault it. Games room was a big sell to us and did not disappoint and the 2 bikes came in very handy. The sun was around the pool from 9.30 in the morning until 9.30 in the evening, and the sunsets were beautiful. Communication was excellent from the owners and English speaking Xavi who looks after the property was amazing. So friendly and nothing too much trouble. Lots of small thoughtful touches throughout this villa really made this special. Thank you Ken and Fiona for sharing your home, we will definitely be back.

Summary: Awesome villa, all the previous reviews for this villa are spot on.We did get a little lost on the way to the villa but Xavi soon got us back on track. The road upto the villa for about 800meters has lots of potholes, we hired a SUV so it wasn’t a problem but a small car you might struggle. Everything else was just perfect Xavi can help with things to do locally but the villa is so nice we didn’t really do too much sightseeing. I am already missing watching the sunset from the hotub it really is fabulous. We are looking forward to coming back soon
