Negative: The staff or owner was very nice. She welcome us and help with everything. She organized the Motobike for us, let us used the scooter without any cost. I never been to any place that people so nice like this place. In the morning it was some croissants hang it on our door. Its so. We would like to stay longer but we didn’t time. Next we will come back before we go any to stay at this place. Thank you so much for hosting us. Thank you you are amazing

Positive: Private Rayong just has a charm you don't find in most places. If you want to relax this is the place, the staff are amazing, there if you want and hands off if you want. Little touches, ideas and care you don't tend to get in other stays. The view from your bed is amazing, or if you want to sit out on the balcony. The beach across the road is five seconds walk. There is a well-thought-out beach kit in your room too. Rooms a great size, strong air-conditioning and all you could want from a stay.
Negative: I don't have any criticism for Private Rayon, only tiny points that don't distract from a great place to stay. It needs a lick of paint in certain areas to make it look fresh again. The beach isn't private. However, everyone is super friendly, and it's a lovely little area to spend time. Trash... I don't know why, but the whole of Rayong beaches seem to be covered in trash. It's not the hotel's fault, but it does impact a beautiful location. There are plenty of shops and 7_11 however it's a few minutes' drive. Private Rayong does provide the use of a scooter. Speaking of scooters, there are plenty of loud ones at all hours, you don't hear them so much from the bedroom, but they can be a little intrusive on the balcony. The shower head was broken, but worked fine so didn't mention it to the staff, we are talking niggles not negative points. None of the above would put me off returning many times, the place just has a charm to it that melts any niggles away.
Summary: Charming, relaxing with some quirks that make you want to return.

Positive: Our stay was made extra special thanks to the kind and thoughtful host. She even washed our laundry for free, surprised us with small Christmas gifts, and regularly left water and snacks for us during our stay. On our last day, she kindly drove us to the bus station and made sure we got on the right bus. Her hospitality was truly heartwarming. The room was clean, big and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return someday. Thank you for everything!
Negative: The location of the hotel isn’t ideal as there isn’t much happening in the area. That said, it’s easy to overlook this if you don’t mind walking a bit or using a Grab. It seems like this part of the city is still developing for tourism. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet area and are okay with a bit of travel for activities.

Positive: This place is strongly recommended: The lady who welcomed us was very nice. You can see from the first moment you get there that everything is done to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We had a lot of space in the apartment, a big balcony and various chairs. The apartment contained everything you would need for a nice stay. A good airco, a ceiling fan and one smaller fan. TV and very good WIFI. Good shower ! Multiple options to have 2 kids sleeping in the room as well. The building had some smaller signs in both Thai and English explaining what to do (or not do) with equipment. There is a separate (shared) big kitchen/living room/ lounge room with a large table which can be used by a larger group. Across the street is a "group" of smaller sandy beaches which a created by groups of stone blocks a bit furter in the water, protecting the beach. The beaches are child play ready ! no big waves, gradually going deeper. There are trees to sit under. It's not busy with many people, you can sit private and relaxed (no chairs). A couple of mins by car will get you to very good Thai style fish restaurants and other.
Negative: The door lock is a bit simple, I would prefer to have a better lock or option to secure it more. Note that there is no elevator, if you are on the 2nd floor you need to walk up. This was no problem for us, but perhaps good to mention it. The bed.... a bit too hard (Thai style hard) for foreigners and the blanket on top does not "air" so is a bit sweaty. Just minor things I have to mention. Overall a great stay !
