This is a newly renovated, cozy, yet professional cottage situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is centrally located with great access to downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin, & Tampa. Tampa International Airport is 17 miles away, & the beaches of Clearwater & St. Petersburg are even closer than that!
This cottage is fully furnished with a leather sofa, love-seat, futon, & chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms have showers & one has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full refrigerator & freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, pots, & even Lenox china. There is a tea box with teas & coffee from Hawaii (Lion Coffee). Central air & heat as well as ceiling fans create a comfortable environment regardless of the outside temperature.
The full-size stackable washer & dryer is in the back of the cottage so laundry can easily be done (if needed) while relaxing, cooking, or doing desk work.
The den has a 55 inch Roku TV, & a professional desk where one can comfortably perform work duties while enjoying TV or Pandora music, & of course there is high speed WiFi included as well. The Master bedroom also has a Roku TV as well.
Between the detached garage & the cottage is a large patio area where one can rest in tranquility near a garden area with cane reeds which provide privacy from the neighbors. A large patio table with 6 chairs is set up in this sunny area. If you prefer, there is a small sitting area under the front porch.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in a very cozy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we were staying in the country. There was room to stretch out, and everything was well-supplied and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the chairs with ottomans for TV watching, and also appreciated the recliner couch for reading.

Summary: This cottage was just what we needed for the couple days in Tampa for the wedding we attended. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms share one bathroom and the other bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen. The house was very clean. All the equipment worked well. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a pleasant neighborhood. The exercise bike came in handy and worked well. We were very pleased with our experience and will stay again.

Summary: This cottage size place is much larger then it looks. Bedroom is great size. Though one bed does squeak a bit. There is two bathroom with shower. One shower tub is a bit tall. The back shower is just a stall. The fridge no longer makes ice but ice tray are provided. There is three couches and two recliner. A place where dining table would be is instead a very large desk. The host has provided lots of extra such a charging cable and extra paper and pens. There is two car garage but never used it. The area seems safe. You are in the horse/stable area which has a horse trail near by. Again everything was perfect for us. Do not hesitant to book this place. The host even offer a late check out. The large is quite large as well.

Summary: Gigi is very easy to work with. The house is not overly large, but they make the most of the space. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is ample seating and it is all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utinsils. We would visit again. Thanks for the great get away.
