Positive: Profetina Village is a paradise on earth. The place is ideal for relaxing. The owners are great and if you need something they do their best to get it for you. Everything is clean.

Negative: The location is totally isolated and there are few drivers that do not accept to go there. We went to Etnaland Theme park and the driver refused to bring us back at midnight till Profetina Village as he didn't want to pass through that road at night.. He left us where the off road starts, and the owners offered to come for us and didn't want any money. Internet is slow.

Positive: Beautiful location surrounded by hills with a nice view over Etna. Pool stil open in October. Stuff very friendly and helpful. My daughter broke accidentaly a lamp and the host didn't accept any money for that.

Negative: the wooden haus is actually kind of small for a familly with two kids. one night we've heard some roddent chewing on the wood in the wall. trash on the roadside, but that's an endemic problem in Sicily

Positive: The location is amazing in the middle of the mountains surrounded by greenery. The apartment is lovely, great shower and toliet had all the amenities.The hosts are very nice and they gave us some small snacks everyday. The pool area is unreal it's so beautiful. There are cows in the area which is super nice.

Negative: The kitchen was lacking in some utensils too cook, the pillow were too flat it would have been appreciated if a variety of pillows is offered.

Positive: Nice place with a great pool overlooking the Etna. Spectacular view when the volcano is active. Quiet and calm place in the forest we even saw foxes :-)

Negative: Missing things from the otherwise nice kitchen: proper knife, pan (padella).
