Positive: We had a wonderful week at these lovely seafront apartments in Nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach – ideal for a family vacation. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations for local shopping, parking and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Positive: The location of the apartment is perfect 😍 The sea is just across the street, and the tram stop is around the corner (it connects with the airport, the center and the port). The boulangerie and the supermarket are very close too. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5 people (two bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the living room. Although the air conditioner was in the living room only, it provided enough cold air for all the bedrooms, so it was fine sleeping, while it was 29 degrees outside at night. There’s a beach umbrella in the apartment as well, what was very convenient. The host is super friendly and he even gave us his paddle boards to try out in the sea 🤗
Negative: Promenade des Anglais is a noisy street, but we are not very noise sensitive, so for us it was fine sleeping. For more sensitive sleepers I would recommend airplugs. But overall, the location and the view from the apartment is so perfect, that the street noise doesn’t ruin the experience at all!

Negative: Cleaning can be improved - looked like the floor was not cleaned as we found lots of hair. So we had to clean ourselves. The kitchen can really use a trash can Trash can in the bathroom should have liner No lift, only stairs

Positive: Great location with panoramic view of the Mediterranean.Easy access with tram and bus. Three individual bedrooms and living / kitchen. The bedlinen and towels felt new and fresh.
Negative: The cleaning could have been better and, as said in previous reviews, the appartment was a bit run down.
