Summary: The property provided basic accommodations for our party of six. Well stocked kitchen. We notified the owner that the garbage disposal side of the sink was plugged up with sitting water but was not fixed during our 6 day stay. Our biggest disappointment was that the second bathroom is in the unfinished basement. We feel this should have been disclosed in the listing. The property was clean (except for the basement bathroom window which was covered in cobwebs) but could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

Summary: This was a good stay. There was an issue with the sofa bed when we arrived and someone was sent to fix it, right away. The refrigerator water dispenser was not working so they ordered a Britta water jug for us. They accommodated us really well and had great communication with us. It would have been nice if there was more lighting by the washer dryer so we could see the levels for soap but nothing a phone flashlight couldn't handle. Overall really great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Wonderful location for a temporary stay. I live locally and am having a kitchen dining room renovation. Was so impressed by how alive and busy local businesses were… great food..Northside Inn… Leo’s Bakery.. BBQ Smokehouse…and walking my dog along quiet streets with such friendly people who took time to say hello . Small community with a lot to offer.

Summary: This was a great house for our two families to stay at! Great location in East Rochester. We were in town visiting family and needed more room to stay overnight. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The house was clean, neat, simply decorated and looked newly updated. I was exactly what we needed. Just enough room for us all and a nice kitchen to cook breakfasts and make lunches in. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. Beds and bedding were simple but nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed and it was clean and organized! We'll definitely be back since we have family in town and it was the perfect place to spend the night.

Summary: This house was the perfect location for our weekend visit with friends and family in the Penfield/Webster area. The house was clean, well stocked, and the property manager communicated with us frequently to make sure everything was OK. The proximity to Leo's, our favorite bakery, was a bonus! Will definitely rent this property again on our return visits.
