Positive: The location was very good, and the hostess was very nice. The place is an older building with some of the quirks that come along with that (doors that don't stay open without a doorstop, others that won't stay closed without a hook), and we had a couple surprises with lightbulbs that were burned out and a remote that seemed to need new batteries, but on the whole, the apartment was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for a one-night stay.
Negative: Dead lightbulbs, remote control for lights and fans and TV that we had a hard time figuring out.

Positive: Cute apartment, great price. Had pretty much everything we needed. Lots of cozy blankets. We LOVED the sunroom!
Negative: I didn't realize it was an upstairs apartment, so that was not a fun time for my bad knees. The parking situation was confusing (we are not from an area that has timed sides of the street parking).
Summary: Nice apartment for a small family visit.

Positive: Spacious house and we have the whole floor. Cozy sofa to relex, Speedy Wi-Fi access. In general this is a good place to stay and will visit again whenever possible.
Negative: Need to note parking on the street need to change different side every other day. Adjust show hot water temperature is a challenge.

Positive: The apartment was nice, beds comfortable and accessories like cooking and eating equipment was plentiful. There were plenty of outlets for all your smart things. It seems to be in a quiet neighborhood with local and chain eats nearby. Stayed with sisters on an epic trip to visit our brother. This location. Worked out great.
Negative: They only thing we did not care for was that it was second floor and the stairwell was narrow and seemed steep. I must have missed that on the description, but everything else made up for it.
