Summary: It is a million dollar view of the river! My grandchildren loved canoeing, and throwing rocks on the shoreline. The jacuzzi is big, and ofcourse had a breathtaking scenic view!!

Summary: We had a family gathering at this Vrbo of 7 adults and 5 toddlers. The pictures and property are exactly as shown in the photos. The main deck was wonderful. We gathered all 12 of us there for every meal...a little cozy, but manageable. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, looking out on the river, and enjoying our time together. There is plenty to do with canoe, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and just wading in the river. The house was clean with a cottage feel. As mentioned by someone else in comments, it is actually 2 houses with only one bedroom in the main cottage. All the rest in the second (away from the river) cottage. This worked out OK because the grandparents got the master bedroom in the main cottage overlooking the river, which was very nice. The back cottage where most of the bedrooms are is comfortable and clean but more for sleeping. It worked well for us as we could put the kids down for a nap and gather on the main deck. If you have trouble with stairs and hills, this might not be the place for you...lots of stairs and a hillside. We saw pontoon boats and jet skis on the river, but it was crowded, nice for canoeing. We all had a very nice stay and accommodations were comfortable. Recommend.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time! The view was to die for. The house was very clean and had everything anyone could want. It was well stocked. It had ample space to either spend time together or be on your own if you preferred. I decor was lovely, the beds, comfy and there was plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. It was a great place to spend the holiday weekend!

Summary: The house is unusual but very nice. My family was really split into 2 different areas . Luckily my children are adults so not a problem for us but if you have young children probably not the best arrangement. The river is beautiful and the community was nice.
