Summary: Our family of 3 stayed here and overall had a positive experience but there were a few things that we did not like. Check-in is inconvenient because the host needs to know when exactly you will arrive because he actually meets you at property to give a key. The check-out process is even worse because he wanted to meet us the morning of departure so we could return keys. We didn't have an agenda and didn't want to be inconvenienced with leaving at a specific time. I offered to drop the keys in the locked mailbox but he would not accept that. After multiple back and forth texts, he finally agreed to allow us to leave the keys on the kitchen table when departing. I don't understand why they don't just provide keyless entry or a key lockbox for securing the keys. The property is currently listed as "waterfront" and having a "private pool" but these are both inaccurate. The apartment could use a deep cleaning. The dust was THICK on vents, bathroom tile and the toilet was pretty disgusting. We were provided the wrong password for internet and had no wifi for the first full day. The communication with host was good but being without internet was very inconvenient. Pros: elevator to 7th floor, bus stop and grocery store less than 1 minute walk from front door, comfortable couch, full size kitchen table, beds comfortable

Summary: Clean, quiet, central, spacous, comfortable. With good access to the city and Grande Isle. Lovely open top floor apt (7th floor) good access via elevator. Good convenience store about 20m from the door, awesome Boulangerie/Patisserie on the next block, beside a lovely restuarant - Toque de Coin. Excellent bus service at the door and tram - Parc de Contades - a short walk.
