Our house is very pleasant to live in, where you can rest and have fun with family or friends in a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the large master suite and a bathroom with gr. shower and bidet, overlooking the garden of 1450 m2, its pretty lawn and swimming pool of 10x4 m.(with alarm), fully automatic salt electrolysis (repels wasps and gives a softer feel).
Thanks to its superb exposure to the west, the pool receives the sun from 9:30 in the morning until 18:30 in the evening. It can also be illuminated for evening swimming. The garden is with its fully fenced electric gate.
The walls of the house are 50 cm thick, which leaves the coolness inside when the summers are hot! (if we respect the closures of the openings.)
Fully equipped kitchen, children's books (French) and adults (English French and Dutch), TV 3 D, with two films in 3 D and many movies available in French, English, and some Dutch on DVD!
Everywhere comfortable bedding, with in the master bedroom a king size memory mattress.
Sheets (beds are made upon arrival) and bath towels are included.(Except beach towels, possibly on request with 10 euro per extra towel)
Barbecue with wood and coal. With two pretty terraces of your choice, one in the shade of greenery, near the source, and the other in front of the kitchen. That of the pool is with its 4 chairs a real haven of peace, shaded by trees and accompanied by the song of cicadas!
Integrated watering deals with grass and all plants!
The house is located in a quiet residential area, where everyone respects himself!
