Summary: No hot shower on day 2. Literally no one cared. If you're not a bonvoy member, they want nothing to do with you.

Summary: The front staff service was incredible. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle bus was a plus and the beds were very comfortable.I will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: Overall the stay was good. Just don’t expect regular housekeeping service. I had to call front desk 3 of the 4 nights I stayed indicating that housekeeping didn’t service our room. They also charge $32/night to park in their outside parking lot.

Summary: The room was awesome. The pool was awesome and the fact that the outside of the pool was still open this time of the year made it extra fun for my kid and all Kids that were there. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but looks real nice especially the-lobby.
