Summary: First and second floors were beautifully appointed. Basement and third floors were good and more than sufficient. There were a couple hiccups (such as a missing coffee maker) and property manager was extremely responsive (new coffee maker a half hour later). Common areas were perfect for seven person family reunion. Location provided good walking access to pedestrian mall. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Summary: The house is quite large and very comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of walking downtown and the safety of our path getting there. The family room, kitchen and pool table area were perfect for gathering as a group of 8 to talk, play games and just hangout. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The check-in instructions were clear and the hosts were responsive. We had a great stay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: We had a wonderful girls' weekend. Plenty of space for all of us (I almost wish we had an extra night to fully enjoy the home), clean, and all the necessities were included. We could walk to breakfast, take a short Uber to dinner, and enjoy the Stay Charlottesville vineyard itinerary. We would certainly book again!

Summary: My family recently took a trip to Charlottesville and this house was a great choice! We had plenty of space, a great open kitchen area to cook and lots of fun hanging out. I would highly recommend it!

Summary: Brace yourself for a delight the minute that you walk in the front door. The home is absolutely stunning! From the beautiful wood flooring and woodworking, the amazing staircase, the fireplaces and mantels...and the list goes on and on. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the downtown plaza and lots of restaurants. Having a pool table was the " icing on the cake". This certainly is a dream vacation home with all of the amenities...and then some.

Summary: Nice house with a lot of Charlottesville charm. Definitely need to Uber to most UVA related activities. Would stay there again as it is nice and fit our needs. We had women fly and drive from very far distances. Would have been a game changer to have some kind of warm welcome touches. A bottle of wine, water, or coffee pods would have felt life changing. Would recommend anyway!
