Positive: The staff went above and beyond, while also engaging very well with us. After our first meal at the resturant, we decided dine in mutliple times as the food and staff made it a comfortable yet a luxurious experience. The beach almost seemed private to the resort which kept everything clean and not overly populated. The pool had a beautiful view and remained as one of the highlights of the resort!
Negative: The flies didn't help the experience, yet the staff gave us fly nets (free of charge) The parking in the resort was quite far away from our villa, even though they accomodate in helping with luggage, it was inconvenient when having to walk all the way up and down each time.
Summary: The resort exceeded all expectations and the photos don't do it's justice, highly recommend to all!

Negative: Service and facilities are by far not at the level of 5 star hotel. Food was very average and very long wait to get served. Facilities are quite old and very basic. No entertainment at all (no kids programs, no live music-basically nothing). Swimming pool was nice, but quite crowded and technically its not an infinity pool as it faces the bush. No food options for dinner around the area except one restaurant at the hotel (any other places would require 15-30 min drive).
Summary: Very nice beach. Otherwise significantly overpriced.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at the Pullman in Bunker Bay. The resort has everything you require for a down south getaway. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the facilities are top level, the location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing in WA's south west.

Positive: A truly amazing location, but surprised it has 5 stars.
Negative: Very tired, rooms are falling apart, interiors are dated and some areas not that clean. Staff didn’t really know what they were doing and while we didn’t have many requests, the ones we did make weren’t fulfilled. Mix up with spa bookings not being confirmed. Absolutely AWFUL room service menu, and so overpriced.
