Positive: The Pullman Haikou was an extremely well-presented hotel with an excellent room and lovely grounds and pool area. Our flight to New Zealand departed at 3.30am which meant we had to check-out at 11.30pm so didn't get to stay the night in fact had to make sure we didn't fall asleep! The hotel was in a great location and reasonably priced to relax and rest up prior to the long-haul flight home. The hotel staff we very helpful and friendly. They sorted out taxis for us and had people able to speak English rather than just using the translate app on the phone.
Negative: Nothing all good.
Summary: Our stay was too short and if we ever go back to Haikou will look to stay at the Pullman Haikou
