Positive: Reception check in was good and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: There is very poor internet and phone signal in the rooms. The restaurant and bar staff could be more professional and friendly. The area around the pool near the rooms could do with some gardening and the chairs could be cleaned. The rooms were tired and the kettles need replacing.

Negative: Only thing i didnt like was the TVs had trouble with connections but staff were more than happy to help and even move us to another villa.

Positive: Loved everything except for one thing at breakfast!
Negative: We paid $70 for two breakfasts. We were offered omeletts, eggs, etc, but preferred to just have cereal. Fruit and toast. Wr had one nice coffee each but when my husband asked for a second coffee we were told we had to pay extra! This seemed really mean as we had paid $70 already. Surely it would be good business not to charge extra!

Negative: Our apartment was tired and in need of a serious clean and some maintenance. The outdoor pool was closed during our stay due to incorrect chlorine levels. The resort is a mix of residents and guests, results in an odd vibe. Encountered some lovely staff members and some unbelievably rude ones.
