Positive: The location was great, a few minutes walking distance from the train and just a short train ride to Marienplatz or the Theresienwiese. It was clean and very roomy. The restaurant/bar was a good place to unwind at the end of the day.
Negative: The staff didn't bring fresh towels or coffee/cream as requested. The app they use wasn't working and my request directly made to the front desk staff was ignored. There was nothing overtly unpleasant about my stay but there was no friendliness or hospitality provided. Very reserved in attitude. Still a great place and I would return
Summary: Good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Roomy and comfortable, great shower.

Positive: There was everything you could want from a hotel room. The staff were friendly, the facilities were great and it had a nice bar and restaurant.
Negative: Pillows were too thin and soft for my liking and there were no alternatives, but I requested a second pillow, which helped slightly.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable stay
