Summary: Staff are pleasant and helpful. Each room from our group had dirty carpets and other furnishings with large spots left uncleaned. Breakfast price is ridiculous as is the hotels dynamic pricing structure surrounding events in the city. Hotel is situated near the UBahn which was a good option to use during our stay.

Summary: Lovey stay at the Pullman. Bed was super comfortable, room was nice and big! Perfect set up for light work at the desk! I will look for a Pullman again when traveling! Thank you!

Summary: Modern, clean rooms with decent amenities. No milk in the room - only creamer, but a grocery store and bakery downstairs. Staff were great and very helpful for all of our requests. Good location for transport, between the city centre and the airport with an underground station just outside. Restaurants in walking distance too.

Summary: Not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have the 5th floor rooms accessible by a seperate lift from the fourth floor - poorly designed. Pillows were terrible. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located conveniently next to the u-Bahn/ close to the Lufthansa express drop off point so access to and from the airport is easy.
