Summary: We spent 4 fantastic days at Pullman La Défense and we are absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – the rooms were impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions or fulfill any requests. Another highlight was the beautiful, well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using. The hotel also boasts a great location – easy access to the metro and trains, with shops, shopping malls, a Paul’s bakery, an ice rink, and a wonderful Christmas Market nearby. There are plenty of attractions to make each day enjoyable! Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: Excellent hotel right next to the main La Defence area. Some building work in the area but fantastic location and great hotel. Breakfast is expensive though. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Speak multiple languages

Summary: I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Everything was fine. Although not requiring it I had a modified room for a disabled guest. This likely meant the space was roomier than perhaps a normal room which I personally found helpful. Given proximity to CNIT and conferences there’s often seemed to be long lines for check in

Summary: Not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Room was not very clean, carpets all stained and old. We arrived in the morning and our room was ready but the hotel charged €70 to check us in early, which I paid because we were tired. Breakfast was boring, same items every day. Service was very poor at breakfast. Won’t go back! Definitely NOT a 5-star facility!

Summary: Very helpful, kind and attentive staff. Reasonable price vs conditions ratio (compared to other Paris hotels which are quite expensive compared to other top hotels in other places in the world without necessarily having good conditions or services). This was my second stay at a Pullman Hotel in Europe and I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Awesome staffing, everyone from the valet parking individuals, the front desk, the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady everyone showed care and was very helpful. My wife, two little daughters and I checked in for 4 nights and felt safe, comfortable and happy to be in this hotel.
