Summary: Staff were incredible, really appreciate all of their hsrd work. The room was disappointing for what we paid, bed wasnt really a king-size like we booked, shower smelt like mould, the toilet walls and is in full view of the rest of the room (gross!), the room had very poor lighting and we could hardly see anything even with all the lights on. No ammenities. The food was always cold each morning.

Summary: While I pay quite a significant of money, I do not expect the toilet and the bathroom to be apart the inside of the room. Both my partner and I find it weird that while doing No.2, the rest of the room could smell it..... it's awkward.

Summary: Great location, probably best hotel in Rotorua. Love the milk on tap. Nice gym, excellent TVs that aren't locked down like other hotels. Negatives - valet parking is so expensive that it sits empty, bed not super comfortable, and the lighting setup is bizarre. Can't turn on bathroom light separately to bedroom light, so you'll wake people up.
