Positive: The resort is great, clean, comfortable, great staff, and great location. Beach is clean and very nice as well as the house pool is top. Food served is very good, you can always ask for modifications. Staff Paka Pitra, chef Susilo, Ade Setyawan, Rony and Meli are super nice and attentive. We can warmly recommend staying at the resort.
Negative: Wifi in the evening is very slow.
Summary: Very good, relaxing and we will love to come back.

Positive: If you are looking for a place to swim, this is it. The pool is massive and unique, and the access to the sea is excellent. The standout feature of this resort is the hotel manager/chef. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He organized scooter rentals and excursions for us and was a truly fantastic cook. Even with our request for vegetarian meals, he provided delicious food every day without any issues. He even surprised us with candles and pancakes for a birthday, which was a lovely, personal touch.
Negative: It is important to understand that this is not a typical "All-Inclusive" luxury resort with buffets and cocktails. ​Dining: "All-inclusive" here means that you are provided with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is no menu; the chef simply serves a freshly prepared meal. For drinks, water and iced tea are included, while soda (Coke) and beer can be purchased extra. ​The Rooms: The rooms are new, beautiful, and meet a high Indonesian standard. However, there are no mosquito nets, so you should bring your own. ​Maintenance & Comfort: The outdoor area shows some signs of age. The wooden decking around the pool is not very stable in some spots, so you need to walk carefully. While there are no sun loungers or umbrellas at the beach, you can ask for beach mats, which the staff will provide so you can lie on the sand. ​Conclusion ​To summarize, the term "All-Inclusive Resort" is a bit misleading. It is better described as an accommodation with a great pool and nice rooms where three meals a day are included. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your time between the pool and the ocean while enjoying authentic Indonesian food, this is a great choice.

Positive: We initially only booked two nights, but ended up staying almost a week because we liked it so much. The accommodation is very new and in excellent condition. It really is a dream! Tony is very kind and helpful, and all of our wishes were taken into account. Since we follow a vegetarian diet, we were always served very delicious vegetarian food as well. We were completely satisfied! The accommodation is about 30 minutes away from the town, so we rented a scooter. Tony immediately helped us arrange that too. We would come back anytime. Thank you so much for everything!
Negative: One very small point: it would be great if there were a freely accessible water dispenser. However, it’s not a problem to ask for drinking water in the kitchen :)
