Summary: The staff were super helpful. Although it says resort, it is a bit dated, but was conveniently located to where we planned on visiting while on the west side of the island. Overall good experience and served its purpose. Price is a little high for what is offered, but in comparison to what else is available, I'd stay here again if we visit Aguadilla again.

Summary: The hotel appeared to feel safe and the room was clean. There were many teens in the hotel possible were there for an event. The pool closes early so were not able to enjoy the pool after 8pm. There was a restaurant at the hotel, and we could also go to the Marriott to use the amenities there, but we did not have time to do that either. The staff was nice overall and helpful except for a waitress with long hair at the restaurant that did not acknowledge that we were standing waiting to be served for over 15 minutes to order coffee and she took an order from a man that walked up to her which she apparently knew as they had a conversation about work and we were waiting before him. We ended up leaving and not ordering. The experience at this hotel as good. They did have a washer and dryer that I used. Parking is available but not always as close as you would like. The temperature of the water was not to my liking as I am used to having hotter water. Overall, my experience was good. The living room area did get moist on the floor due to the AC unit not sure why??

Summary: The place is a little bit old but well maintained. The pool area is it’s best feature. My only issue was the first day. There was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Also the small coffee pot was not clean in the inside. Also the safety box was not working and it was never replaced. Overall was a nice weekend getaway but next time I will check the map first because based on some pictures I thought it was close to the beach.
