Summary: This condo was in a lovely location with beautiful views of the Sanibel Causeway. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately by the property manager, who was absolutely wonderful!

Summary: Great location, view, beautiful condo. Couldn't have been happier. Property Management company was great to work with. Whether having cocktails on tha balcony with amazing views, watching the dolphins almost daily, or enjoying the Yacht club, we were very happy.

Summary: Unit 404 in Punta Rassa Condos had the most amazing view from two different balconies. Everyday we watched dolphins, manatees, birds, and boats. The rooms were very spacious and the condo was clean. Punta Rassa is not a tourist area so it was always quiet but there were many things to do just a short car ride away. We loved going to Sanibel and the beaches. The only few negatives I had were, there were no beach chairs, umbrella and only 2 beach towels. That was a big inconvenience since we had to go out and buy our own. Lastly, we were very disappointed that we were not able to rent the unit again next year. A different real estate person (Not Scott) told us it was already rented for 2020. I thought we had the right to first refusal but I guess not.
