Negative: Lack of information - to use grill/oven and local amenities/guides. Some local maps, walks to take direct from the accommodation and other amenities e.g. places to visit and eat out would have been good.

Positive: What's not to like! Peaceful location with stunning views. 2 minutes walk to the Square and Compass pub. Coast path and Purbeck Way on the doorstep. The hut itself is like a TARDIS with more space inside than there looks to be from the outside. It is well stocked . Free tea, coffee, milk, wine and muesli a nice touch.

Negative: In order to provide storage underneath the bed is a little high for the vertically challenged. A small folding step would be helpful.

Positive: Very cute little place, beautifully designed for a tiny space, set in a lovely english village.

Negative: There was a slight cock up in that milk was supposed to be provided. We’d brought everything else needed as we were on foot walking the coast trail for a week and knew there are no shops in the village, so it was a bit of a pain and seemingly no-one was around to give us some. You also need to use a log burner for heat, which may or may not be your thing!

Positive: It was in an absolutely perfect location. Opposite one of my all time favourite pubs I’ve been in. Super peaceful at night and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The shower is great! The woodburning stove is wonderful to make it super cosy and warm despite it being January! Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.
