Positive: Our room was lovely. Had a queen and a twin bed. The twin bed was a little hard.
Negative: I had requested early check in and I got an email that it was approved for 3 PM check in. When I arrived at 3:15 PM the door was locked and no one answered the door. I went to a window and knocked and another guest let me in. When I called the owner, she said that she did not approve the early check in and that I should have gotten an email. Surprisingly, I got the email after I hung up with her. My guest and I opened a very hard to open sliding door to get to a small patio which I think was actually a private area. There was no other outside seating option that I found except for the front porch.
Summary: Being the only place to stay close to Purcellville it was really the only choice.

Positive: I loved everything about this house.The house was in a good location surrounded by nature. The host was friendly , warm, and very attentive to my needs.The house was clean and cozy.I couldn’t ask for more, I will be back. I recommend this home to stay in.

Positive: The room was spacious, clean and well lit. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room allowed me to work on my computer while my wife slept. The first floor facilities could have served this purpose, as well.
Negative: The bathrooms were remote from the bedroom. And there wasn't good towel space. The lack of privacy and convenience was surprising. The drawers in the bathroom allowed me to store my toothbrush, razor and hair brush there, but I would not have used the drawers if there had been other guests.
Summary: Nice place, but breakfast and bathroom facilities are not competitive.
