Positive: The pool and the gym included were amazing! The Villa itself was very pretty and unique with a stoney outside shower, I thought it was great value for money.
Negative: A little bit loud in the evening time but that’s because the location is so central (which was great) We got washing done that cost $30!! Definitely a rob we would never pay that at home but they don’t tell you until you collect it and it’s been done.

Positive: I wish I booked this place a lot sooner! So beautiful, affordable. Staff are so friendly! Felt like an oasis.

Positive: The staff was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned every day (unless asked not to). We were provided with small water bottles every day (even extra water FOC when my husband was hit with food poisoning). The fridge had drinks you could have minibar-style which was handy on those days a shop run wasn’t possible, and was restocked every time the cleaning staff came or upon request. Also at reasonable/acceptable price so didn’t feel “ripped off” at all). The location was central with loads of eateries and shops nearby yet relatively quiet. The decor was lovely and traditional, in a tropical setting with lush greenery and even a fish pond (to our 3yo delight :-) the mosquito net around the bed, and little patio outside our room, the shared pool (though very very deep) were very nice.
Negative: Wifi wasn’t great (which we knew from reading reviews) but not available at all on two separate evenings. The pool is exceptionally deep, even my 1m86 husband struggled to get a footing so I didn’t feel very safe (not a good swimmer) and stayed to the sides (steps) and mainly used the hottub bit. We have a 3yo who can’t yet swim so he was a bit sad that he had to wear his floaties all the time or stay confined to the steps and tub like me, so if you have an active bubba that bores easily, keep that in mind (lovely pool nonetheless!) The towels and sheets had seen better days and almost all were more grey than white, with dark grey/black stains (fresh tattoos and/or make-up??) so could do with replacement. The bath with shower was enormous which was a nice surprise but it didn’t drain at all and had a foul drain-like smell to it so we stopped using it. The toilet didn’t flush properly and had that same drain smell to it. We saw tiny black worms around the floor drain in the WC on several occasions so refrained from being in there longer than needed and paid careful attention to where we placed our feet. As the bathroom was right next to the kitchen, we ended up avoiding our kitchen more and more by the end of our stay and kept the door into our bedroom/living area closed as much as we could to avoid the drain smell coming into our room. We didn’t complain to the property about it because they wouldn’t have been able to fix anything in the time we were there, and we did not want to be moved to a different bungalow (this was our 3rd property in 2 weeks so we were done moving around 😅) so we left it as is and just rolled with it. Our son did get sick at the end of our stay and remained a bit poorly for the two days after so we suspect this cleanliness issue had something to with it (we all got vaccinated before travel and avoided tap water etc)
Summary: Lovely setting, sweet staff, not so very clean though and wifi was quite poorly at our end of the property/not avail

Positive: Location of this property is very good…Many restaurants and places near by.
Negative: It was my first day in Bali and was not aware of rental bike price…I asked the front desk to get me one and they asked me to pay 1Lakh rupiah and they gave me a Honda Scoppy…I stayed 12 days in Bali and got good bikes including Nmax for lesser price so I would suggest all to not take bikes from front desk.
