Negative: - We only had 1 key between us which is a problem given you can only use the elevator with the key fob. - Main bedroom was very bright, the blinds didn’t block any sunlight.

Positive: It was a very comfortable stay. Since we were traveling with small children, it was very helpful that there were 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a washing machine. There was a great supermarket right in front of the apartment, and there were many delicious and stylish restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.
Summary: Great apartment! I would love to stay there again!

Positive: The area is great, the appartment is very spacious and the kitchen equipment also really okay.
Negative: Many things were broken in the bathroom. The bedroom smelled very musty and the bedding did not smell fresh at all. We couldn't lock the front door from the inside either, so we ended up barricading it with a chair.

Positive: Apartment was modern and clean, kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Nice street view from the windows. Lots of space, especially in the hallway bathroom.
Negative: - The front door was broken and wouldn't let anyone in, with key fobs or with codes. A resident coming out of the building explained the situation. According to them, this has been an ongoing problem with the front door, so management should know about it. When we called the number, the person on the line was not a good listener, didn't understand the problem, and was unable to help. Eventually we were able to get access to the building and get our keys with the assistance of a resident. The resident also pointed us toward the back door on Pettygrove Street. Building maintenance was still at work repairing the door when we left 3 days later. - The key box was a little bit complicated to locate and use, especially for weary travelers. Overall, the instructions for getting access to the apartment are overly-wordy. Perhaps a photo showing the location of the key box past the elevators would have been helpful. - The lighting in the apartment was an unsightly mix of warm and daylight LED and fluorescent bulbs. The lighting was also particularly gloomy in the bathrooms. The overhead light in the primary bedroom was broken. The overhead light in the second bedroom was too bright. - The showers have low water pressure. - The master bathroom door rubs against the floor and makes an awful squeaking noise. I was able to temporarily fix it by rubbing some soap on the affected area of the floor. - The mattresses are comfortable, but creaky. - The dryer in the apartment is broken and takes hours to dry a load. This wasted time for us, as we tried to do laundry on the last night, and had to spend all night and the following morning hanging up clothes and babysitting the dryer to get the clothes dry before we checked out. Although while a washing machine is listed on the apartment amenities, and the dryer is conspicuously not listed, management should post a sign on the dryer, or get rid of it. - Street parking near the building is limited to 4 hours during the day.
Summary: Nice apartment, but access was an issue.

Negative: We had a number of little issues that added up to make the stay average. Washer did not spin clothes properly, sink drain clogged, one of two hair dryers was broken, and front door access was inconsistent, code did not always work. Fob only worked at back door entry. Lastly, bath towels were very small. With some attention, the stay could’ve better better. It wasn’t bad, just not on point.
Summary: Great location. Worked for our family!
