Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was close to Vivantes Klinikum Spandau. The room was spacious and clean.

Negative: No service at all. There is no reception, no housekeeping. If you need a cup of tea you can’t get it in the hotel - on Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed. was literally kicked out from their coworking space when I entered it to have a cup of tea / glass of water. I booked for three nights and because of poor service I wanted to check out earlier. The hotel system could not let me do this. Spent about 30 minutes resolving this matter. I didn’t claim any refund and paid for all three nights.
