There is a living room, a separate dining area, kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer and a half bath along with a pleasant deck and yard. One bedroom with a double bed is on the main floor along with adjoining bath and the other bedroom with a double bed and bathroom is located in the lower level (walkout basement) with good light from windows. The cottage is located on a sand road about 1.5 miles from the Indian Neck beaches and about 5 to 10 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center, the ponds, and ocean beaches. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Summary: The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood on a dirt road. Close to national seashore and town beaches. Wa able to easily purchase a town beach permit online (pick up at office) with proof of stay. Rental agents helpful with questions. The only drawback of the house was the 2nd bed/bath in the basement was very damp. Definitely need to consider a dehumidifier for that area.

Summary: the condition of the unit was unsatisfactory. the whole place had an overpowering musty smell coming from the downstairs bedroom. unit needs some serous work.

Summary: We loved the upstairs bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathrooms etc but the downstairs room is too full of mildew and mold. We wouldn’t have anyone stay there.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was great. Yard was well-maintained with a large private deck. The decor was dated (circa 1975), but it was clean and spacious. The only problem was the horrible mustiness mainly in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. My guests could not sleep there due to the mustiness. How about a dehumidifier? Something needs to be done to correct this problem.

Summary: I wish the listing told about the dirt road. It had many exposed tree roots, holes and bumps. A neighbor dumped stone in the larger spots but it was still slow travel with our car.
