Enter a nicely-appointed living room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Just off the living room is the fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen.
In addition to the open main living space, there are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a full (double) sleep sofa. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower.
Comforts include central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, cable and WiFi.

Summary: This two bedroom cottage has a roomy and well appointed kitchen and comfy living room furniture includes a leather recliner and a leather couch with reclining seats. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated little things like aluminum foil, cling wrap and paper towels. The house is close to Route 6 so you can't walk anywhere but it is close to Marconi Beach and near good pizza and a casual lobster place. Spotlessly clean with a nice outdoor shower. My two grandchildren (3 and 7) were with us and the second bedroom was just fine for them. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a 2 bedroom house.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It's right off route 6 so it's easy to get to the beach, town center, restaurants, shops. The house is comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor shower! Perfect size for our family of four.

Summary: Cottage is lovely , clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Nice outdoor patio for dining and loved outdoor shower! Is right off route 6 so hear the traffic but was not a major problem. Unfortunately we did not get access to the xplorie until midweek so did not get much of an opportunity to use it. I would definitely recommend this rental for a very relaxing and comfortable stay!

Summary: This cottage was tucked into a little corner of woods off Route 6 in a quiet spot. It was very conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. We loved it. It was very clean and well maintained and had everything you would need. I highly recommend it

Summary: Great vacation home with good privacy yet close to countless beaches and shopping centers. The inside was large enough for a family of 4 to feel comfortable, with a nice open family room. Upon arriving some items were left in the outside and inside showers as well as the dishwasher, but other than that the place was very nicely cleaned and ready for us to use. Marconi beach just across the street was very nice to drive to in the evening when parking was free (daytime costs $25 and not included with the Wellfleet parking pass we bought). In addition we visited 4 other beaches along the ocean side within 10 minutes drive and each had its own personality, providing options to choose from. Our favorite beach was Duck beach on the bayside just north of the town of Wellfleet, calm warm waters and lots of exploring to do for the kids when tide is out. In the evening it was a perfect place to watch the sun go down. The town of Wellfleet is only a short 8 minutes away and is nicely laid out with quaint shopping, restaurants, and ice cream all in one walkable section of town.
