Summary: The Pelican turned out to be the perfect vacation rental for us. The description and photos on VRBO don’t do it justice at all. It is way, way better than we expected. As soon as we walked in the door we were speechless. Each and every room was beautiful. The Pelican had everything we needed down to even the smallest of items. It was clean and bright. The location was perfect! A quick walk to the beach, close to shopping centers, a short walk to Flagler Ave and central to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. But most importantly… we felt like we were home. The neighborhood was welcoming - and the porch inviting. We sat out in the mornings with our coffee and people walking by called out to us we felt like a part of the neighborhood community. There are lots of easy exciting day trips in the area for just about every type of experience or hobby/interests. Kelly and Sean were fantastic hosts - friendly and helpful. They provided great information on New Smyrna Beach and surrounding area. I highly recommend this lovely home. You definitely won’t regret it.

Summary: Kelly and Sean are the best. We had family emergencies and they were there for us. They were soooooo helpful and accommodating. You can walk to the beach in a sec and downtown is just a few blocks My husband has limited mobility so Sean offered and took us on a golf cart ride to see the beaches. Great people, great place

Summary: Fantastic 1 month getaway from the cold in the perfect location. Location is walking distance to everything; steps away from the beach, where you will find a beach entrance and bathroom facilities, and a short walk to Flagler, where you can find many restaurants, bars, and fun shops. The owners, Kelly & Sean, are beyond accommodating and friendly. We had a great deal of communication before I arrived, and Kelly was very responsive and accommodating to all my questions and requests! This place has everything one would need for the perfect getaway in the best beach town. In addition, it is very well kept, tidy, and very beautifully decorated! I already can not wait to come back next year!
