The Salty LifePool Home offers one of the best pool areas found on the beachside. The tropical landscaping, unique décor, and paved pool deck make for an inviting atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family. After a long day on the beach, cool off in the refreshing saltwater pool. The sun shelf makes it easy for small children to enjoy the pool as well. There is plenty of seating around the pool for all to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.
Who doesn't enjoy a good bar-b-que by the poolside?! This home offers a grilling station complete with a gas grill, a small fridge, and a bar area with seating for 3 guests to enjoy.
The main level, on the 2nd level, offers a spacious open floor plan and features a living room with comfortable seating, a 55" smart TV, sliders to the ocean view, and a wrap-around balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and all your cooking essentials including a crock pot, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and kettle. The dining room offers seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4.

The Salty Life Pool Home offers two outside showers to help wash the sand from your toes. One is a private enclosed shower and the other, a surfboard shower, is located by the pool area.
This home offers all the comforts of home including WiFi, free long-distance within the US and Canada, a full-size washer/dryer, books, board games, beach towels, and all your linens are supplied. Cable TV is included and the smart TVs do allow for streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Summary: Salty Life Pool Home was the perfect place for our families Annual Memorial Day vacation. Great location being walkable to the beach and Flagler Avenue. The home was clean and well stocked. The backyard pool area was perfect for every age. Will definitely come back.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salty Life and would recommend it for sure. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and had anything we could really need to use during our stay. The washer/dryer could maybe stand an upgrade, but that's really nit-picking overall and we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

Summary: The house was very roomy for our family of 5. It was fully stocked with towels, beach towels, beach chairs/toys & kitchen utensils. The pool was great as was the location. A quick walk to Flagler Ave. we had a handful of issues when we first arrived but the realty company sent someone right away & he fixed everything. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our stay was delightful. The house was well-stocked, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The abundance of seasoning and kitchen gear made cooking a breeze. The keypad locks on all the doors were a convenient feature. However, it's worth noting that the only door that unlocked with a code was the one upstairs. Despite this minor inconvenience, we felt secure and at ease throughout our stay. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the house comfortably cool during the hot afternoons. Bathrooms were well-maintained and generously supplied with plenty of towels for the whole family. All the beds were comfortable, ensuring everyone slept well. The pool was fantastic - warm, clean, and just the right size for our enjoyment. It was perfect for our 6-year-old who was still learning to swim, as she could touch the bottom. The deeper areas allowed our teen kids to have a blast jumping and splashing around. While the pool was fantastic, we did find ourselves wishing for more pool toys. You have to go down a flight of stairs and walk behind the house to access the pool, which isn't convenient. Apart from noodles and a boogie board, there were limited options for floating and playing in the water with toys. The provided beach equipment was a big plus and the beach a short 5 minute walk. Overall we did like the house. We had a few dislikes yes, but nothing too major. We appreciated the host allowing us to stay and would recommend this house.

Summary: Our first time in New Smyrna Beach, but it won’t be our last! Everyone agreed that this should be our yearly rental. We could walk to the beach in just a few minutes or just stay in our private tropical paradise (the backyard with a beautiful salt water pool!) On top of that, the house was so well stocked from beach umbrellas to beach chairs that we didn’t need to bring anything extra! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
